Healing from within through Chi Nei Tsang

Healing from within through Chi Nei Tsang

The belly is at the center of Being, the privileged refuge of the "little voice" of body and mind. Listening to it means giving oneself a chance to be true, to accept oneself as one is in order to better set out on the path towards one's inner balance. The belly is also called "second brain": it concentrates all the emotional information. When this information is not properly digested, it obstructs the free circulation of the vital force (Chi) throughout the body.

The work of the practitioner...

The patient

... is therefore to undo the emotional knots, from the skin to the abdominal depths, and to gently extract the "perverse winds". To do this, he uses gentle pressure from his hands in spirals all over the abdomen, following the patient's breathing movements. He increases the quality of his listening to the tissues by the simultaneous practice of the techniques of Taoist Internal Alchemy and the application of his hands.

... can get the rest they need and let go, they can also actively participate in the treatment by practicing the exercises indicated by the practitioner during the session, which will only increase the benefits of the treatment.

As a result

  • deep tissue reoxygenation and detoxification of vital organs
  • a reharmonization of all the body's systems (respiratory, circulatory, nervous, digestive, excretory)
  • the awareness of organic somatizations: the lungs, kidneys, liver, heart and spleen-stomach are each related to large families of emotions that inhibit their proper functioning.
  • the development of the centering of the mind in the feeling of the body: the patient finishes a session "centered" and calmed, in possession of tools to work on himself.
  • the development of better energy protection against diseases and possible negative environmental incursions
